About the Pediatrics Section, OMA
Welcome to the Pediatrics Section, OMA (PSOMA), the distinguished collective of nearly 2000 pediatricians committed to advancing the health of Ontario’s youth.
At PSOMA, we represent pediatricians at the Ontario Medical Association and beyond, influencing policies that uphold the highest standards of pediatric care. Through engagement with the OMA and government entities, we acknowledge the diversity of Ontario’s pediatricians and their needs while contributing to strategic healthcare decisions.
Pediatricians of Ontario Executive Committee (POEC)
In close collaboration with the Pediatric Alliance of Ontario (PAO), Ontario’s Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, we form the Pediatricians of Ontario Executive Committee (POEC), pooling resources for a robust, comprehensive approach to pediatric advocacy.
Facilitating our collaborative vision is our shared Executive Director, ensuring seamless communication and effective resource management.
